Our range of Pulp Thermoforming machines have been designed to create high quality, high definition molded pulp packaging for a variety of markets. Thermoformed packaging is used for Egg Cartons, Cosmetics, Food Service, Consumer Electronics and Media Packaging.

The TPS System is designed for Industrial Packaging and small scale Egg Carton production. The machines are typically configured in sets of 3 Forming Stations being fed from a single pulp supply for maximum efficiency.

The FS System has been designed to create high density products for the Food Service market. Products include Meat Trays, Clamshells, and Multi Pocket Meal Trays. The FS can be configured with either inline or offline film lamination and die cutting systems if required. Film lamination helps to enhance the display properties as well as the performance properties of the trays. The film laminate can also be removed after use, maximizing the recycling potential of the trays.

The U:LTRA FS and U:LTRA CS have been designed to produce high quality Food Service Products & Egg Cartons to compete against traditional foam alternatives. These machines offer high capacity and maximum flexibility.
